Adjust Brightness on Windows Desktop System

Open Display Color Calibration by clicking the Start button.
Step 1. clicking on Control Panel.
Step 2. In the search box, type calibrate display, and then click Calibrate display color.
Step 3. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the admin password or provide confirmation like Yes.
Step 4. In Display Color Calibration, click Next to continue.
Step 5. Click on Next, then Next and again Next..,,,

Step 6. Adjust brightness here as per you need and click on Next button....
Step 7. Click on Next button 7 times then you will reach on this screen....

Step 8. (Also you can manage color from here) click on Next button.....
Step 9. Unchecked the option... " Start Clear Type Tuner when I click Finish to ensure that text appears correctly (Recommended)"
Step 10. Click on Finish Button.
Done!!!!
