Grant Administrator Level Access to the Domain User
Grant Administrator Level Access to the Domain User to install uninstall any software/program or run any reg file or edit delete modify anything on Domain Computer.
*Remove domain admin permission from domain computer
Note: This is not only for IP Address changing, by this steps user can continue any activity without entering domain admin user name and password.
