To Solve Right Click Issue in Windows System
Note: First of all check your Windows OS version. Example: 32 bit or 64 bit Operating System.
1. To check OS version Right Click on Windows Button (Start) and go to System option.

2. You will go to the below screen:

3. As you can see on the above screen shot, it is showing 32-bit Operating System. So we have to download the exe for 32 bit operating system.
4. To download the relevant exe file (ShellExView), click on the below link as per your requirement:
For 32 bit OS: Click Here
For 64 bit OS: Click Here
5. After finished the download process, open that file.
Note: The downloaded file is a zip file, so you have to unzip it.
6. Now open that folder and run only shexview.exe file (to run double-click on it)
7. Click on Yes button.

8. Go to Option Menu and click on "Hide All Microsoft Extensions" option.

Note: You will see all non Microsoft extensions with Pink color
9. Select all by pressing Ctrl +A key.
10. Now go to File Menu and click on "Disable Selected Items" or press F7 key for Disable.

11. This will show a massage for confirmation. Click on Yes button or press Enter key.
Note: Its done now you can go to desktop and right click on desktop. I hope your right clicking issue (System Hanging issue) has been resolved.
If you want to enable all those files again then select files and press F8 for Enable..
Done!!!!
