How to change Windows logo
1. Right-Click on My Computer or This PC (if you are using Windows 10) go to properties.You can go to computer properties by pressing Win +Pause/Break Key.
This is the properties where we will change the logo and some other details:

2. Choose a photograph which you want to set as a logo and open with any photo editing application. here I am using MS paint.

3. Open ms paint and click on Pixels radio button.
4. Enter size 100 in Horizontal box and size 100 in Vertical box. Click on OK button.

5. Save as this image file:
File name: oemlogo with bmp format, I choose "256 color bitmap (.bmp) format.

6. Now go to my computer and open C Drive or other drive where Windows OS has installed. In my case I am opening C:\Windows\System32\ and past that oemlogo file in this location. System will ask for replace the file, replace it.

7. Now create a new text file "Notepad" and enter these lines......

8. Save this file as OEMLOGO.REG, now this is a registry file.

9. Double-Click on this file, Click on Yes button. This will show a warning massage. Click on Yes button then Ok button.

10. Now got to computers properties and see the changes.

11. This reg file can be edit.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\OEMInformation]
12. To remove these entries and logo, you have to delete these files. Select all files except default file then Delete it.

13. Now got to computer properties and see the changes. We have changed it.

Note: Please do not delete default file from windows registry. You can export the configuration file from windows registry by right clicking on OEMInformation file then click on Export, Save this file on your desktop and open with Text Document.
