To Create Signature in Thunderbird Mail

1. First of all open you Outlook mail and try to create a new mail, here you have to select you signature which you want to create in Thunderbird mail.

Note: if you have not any signature in outlook or other applications then you can create it manually in the text/massage area then copy that signature.

2. Select & Copy your signature from Outlook mail then go to you Thunderbird mail. Here you have to click on Write (to create a new mail) and Past the signature in text/massage area.

3. Here, kindly select the signature and press Ctrl+C for copy and go to Insert menu & click on HTML option.

4. Here select & copy the text then click on Insert button then minimize that current window and go to Tools menu of Thunderbird mail then click on Account Setting.

5. Here in the text box press Ctrl+V and tick mark the "Signature text: Use HTML" then click on OK button.

6. Now close all windows and open the Thunderbird mail try to create a new mail and check the signature as below:
