Configure More Than One ID on Thunderbird Mail

1. Go to Tools menu> Account Setting> Click on Account Actions & select "Add mail Account".

2. Enter you Name, E-mail address & Password. Tick mark on Remember Password then click on Continue button> Manual Config & do the same process as below:

3. After enter all details, kindly go with Advanced Config option to change the data file/EML file location.

4. Here first of all select your new mail ID which you are configuring then click on server setting option and brows the destination location where you want to save the data file. (RDP users make sure that, a folder had been created on another drive of RDP user, as Thunderbird/Mail.

5. Also unchecked the option> Leave a copy on server (If it is required for your organization) now click on OK button and Restart the Thunderbird Mail.

6. Open the mail and select your new ID for testing purpose. Click on Write a new massage.

7. Now try to send a Test mail, if your password was correct in the time of configuration mail ID then it will sent automatically otherwise you have to enter the correct password at the time of clicking Send button.

8. Here kindly enter the correct password and tick the option > Use Password Manager to remember this password and click on  OK button. Your mail/message will be sent.

9. If you want to change anything on this mail ID then you have to go with this option> View Setting for this account.
