Follow these steps----

Note: before using email ID on iPhone, you have to add your account to Mail:
1. You can configure additional accounts by tapping Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Mail Account.
2. Select provider or other (if not listed) enter Name (it is you display name which will be show at home screen).
3. Enter your E-Mail address, password, Description (if required) and tap on Next.
4. Now select incoming mail server as POP or POP3 :-
- ost Name: pop.gmail.com
- User name: (your mail ID which you want to configure on this phone)
- Password:**********
- Host Name: smtp.gmail.com
- User name (optional): enter you E-Mail ID or you can leave it as it is.
- Password (optional): *********** enter your password (you may leave as it is).
7. Now send/receive the test mail.
Done!!!!
