Save Address Book on Thunderbird Mail by IP Address
1. Open Thunderbird mail and go to Tools menu then click on Account Setting.
2. Select 3rd option (Composition & Addressing) then select "Use a different DLAP Server"
3. Click on Edit directory button, you can see a new small window will appear. Click on add button and follow the entry:

4. In the General tab, kindly enter the details: Name: INOX-Address Book, Hostname: 192.168.2.20, Base DN: o=netserv_ldap, Port No. 389 (by default).
Note: Address book and e-mail id depends on the Organization.
5. Now click on Advanced tab and enter 1500 results in front of "Don't return more than".
6. Select Subtree under Scope and click Ok again OK.
7. Now select INOX-Address Book by drop-down under "Use a different DLAP Server" and click on Global Addressing Preference button. Click on Addressing tab, tick mark on "Local Addressing book & Directory Server" then select INOX-Address Book by drop-down option. Make sure tick mark on "Automatically add outgoing e-mail addressing to my" and should select "Collected Addresses" then click on OK again OK.

8. Now try to create a new mail by clicking on Write button and enter a alphabet key in the address bar under To, Cc or Bcc.
