Email Configuration on iPhone 4G Running iOS 4.0
Follow the steps to set up email on your iPhone.
1. Launching Settings and Adding Account. Tap Settings on your home screen.

2. Scroll down and tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

3. Tap the Add Account option.

4. Tap Other.

5. Tap Add Mail Account.

6. Will show below screen:

7. Here enter the following settings and then Tap Next.
Name: The name displayed when you send email.
Address: Your full email address.
Password: Your email account password.
Description: Account description of your choice.

8. Tap IMAP.

9. Incoming Mail Server Details

10. Under the Incoming Mail Server section, enter the following settings.
Host Name: mail.your_domain
User Name: Your email account
Password: Your email account password

11. Scroll down to the Outgoing Mail Server section.
12. Outgoing Mail Server Details

13. Under the Outgoing Mail Server section, enter the following settings and Tap Next.
Host Name: mail.your_domain
User Name: Your email account
Password: Your email account password

14. Your device will verify your email account settings. This may take several minutes.

15. If you receive an error indicating that you Cannot Connect Using SSL then tap Yes to continue without SSL.

16. Completing Account Configuration. Tap Save.

17. Your iPhone may display this screen briefly stating that it has Configured sync.
